Went to Urbanscapes with Mr Jin-san yesterday around 10 pm. Unfortunately, it was already packing up and calling it a day. We managed to check out Sunset Disco set. We heard mixed Michael Jackson’s songs from far away (RIP MJ). We got there and a small crowd was still partying. A good mixture of Malays, Chinese, Indian and some Ang Mohs too. Everyone was chilling out and the music was good. Rocks, Catchy Disco tunes and even Beatles numbers were greeted with wild cheers. Jin-san’s body couldnt resist the temptation to groove to the music while I was tempted to enter into head banging mode (thank God I remembered I am there to take some pictures). We decided to hop into the The Box to check out Zouk’s DJ playing. KNs…When we got there, the floor was empty..:( We thought the party hasn’t started yet so we left. We returned about 15 minutes later and to our surprise…They have packed up. And I believe the outdoor indie club scene won the crowd over LOL. We left around Midnite coz today I had something on. Urbanscapes is seriously happening and we decided to attend the next Urbanscapes 2010.
